Telepsychiatry
We provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnose, prescribe, and manage psychiatric medications. Our services include diagnostic and medication management of ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Perinatal Mood Disorders, Postpartum Depression, and more across the lifespan. Making the decision to seek change is courageous. We believe in working with each person to create a personalized and integrated plan.
Psychiatric Evaluations
Our 60-minute evaluations focus on your symptoms and work toward a diagnosis. We use this time to review your current presentations as well as your medication, medical, family, and psychiatric history. We consider whether medication management would be appropriate for you and come up with a plan together to help you move in a new direction. Each treatment plan is individualized and catered to each patient.
*Please note: Many people require more than one appointment to appropriately diagnose and develop a plan of care.
Medication Management
These are 20-30 minute appointments that are used to follow up with someone thinking of or is already on an existing regimen of psychiatric medication. Sometimes changes or adjustments are made to better manage your symptoms. We also integrate therapy into our appointments using blended techniques customized to each client experience.
ADHD Assessments
Evaluation of adults presenting with ADHD symptoms typically requires at least two visits. As well as allowing for a thorough evaluation, two visits allow the clinician to assess motivation for follow up, persistence of symptoms and dysfunction, and likelihood for alternative diagnoses. If symptoms are clinically appropriate, we will make referrals to confirm diagnosis. Through the use of therapy, lifestyle changes, and medication management when warranted, we will work to attain an optimal level of functioning.
Reproductive Psychiatry
We provide evaluation and treatment of psychiatric disorders associated with female reproductive function, including premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), pregnancy-associated mood disturbance, postpartum depression, and peri- and post-menopausal depression. Our services include: diagnostic assessment of mental health conditions, preconception planning, medication consultation and management, and family education and support. Online video visits can be especially useful during the postpartum period, when it may be difficult to find the time to see your doctor in person.
